Estimate Terms
These terms govern business use of the PCBA Cost Estimate tool provided by NEXIOT PTE. LTD.. This tool provides an automated preliminary cost estimate in the display currency selected on the result page. It is not a formal quotation, purchase commitment, complete DFM review, or guarantee of manufacturability.
Estimate boundary
The result is based on recognized files, customer confirmations, configured assumptions, available component pricing, PCB online pricing, and SMT calculation rules. Unless expressly identified as included, it may exclude engineering review, testing, sourcing and MOQ effects, production loss, project services, logistics, certification or compliance work, customer-facing taxes and duties, currency and payment costs, and other project-specific or commercial conditions.
Raw materials, component availability, supplier pricing, exchange rates, and manufacturing conditions may change. Any displayed amount may therefore change before a formal quotation is issued.
The estimate is provided for informational purposes only and is not a representation, warranty, or guarantee of actual costs. You should independently verify it before relying on it for a financial, budgeting, or bidding decision.
Interpretation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NEXIOT PTE. LTD. retains the final right to interpret the estimate methodology, assumptions, scope, inclusions, and exclusions. Mandatory rights and requirements under applicable law continue to apply.
Your files
You confirm that you are authorized to share the uploaded files with NEXIOT PTE. LTD. for processing as described in the File Confidentiality Terms and Privacy Notice.
Confidential handling of uploaded engineering files is governed by the File Confidentiality Terms. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided free of charge and for preliminary informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NEXIOT PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the estimate or the Service.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, NEXIOT PTE. LTD.'s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to any submission will not exceed SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

A formal quotation requires engineer and sourcing review. Upload one PCBA design package per submission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any action arising from these terms must be brought in the courts of Singapore, except that either party may seek urgent protective relief in any court with competent jurisdiction. Mandatory, non-waivable rights under applicable law continue to apply.
