Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice applies specifically to the PCBA Cost Estimate tool. It explains how NEXIOT PTE. LTD. handles personal data when you use this Service.
Information we collect
We collect your name, business email address, optional company name, country or region, optional city, requested quantity, uploaded engineering package, generated analysis and cost estimate, submission timestamps, file name and cryptographic hash, IP address, browser information, and the versions of the legal documents accepted at upload.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the service you request, protect and operate the service, keep evidence of your acceptance, respond when you ask for project help, and maintain necessary business and legal records. We do not use this submission to enroll you in marketing.
Lawful bases
For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, as applicable under Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR or UK GDPR.
In other locations, we process personal data to provide the Service you request, with consent where required, and for legitimate business purposes permitted by applicable law.
Storage and service providers
The Service is operated and hosted in Singapore. Customer Files and core Service data are stored on infrastructure located in Singapore.
If you ask for project help or a reviewed quotation, we send your business contact details, request details, and a protected internal record link to our configured customer-contact provider. The original engineering package and downloadable result file are not sent through that contact request.
Automated processing and providers
The tool uses automated extraction, technical analysis, and supplier-pricing services. Approved analysis and pricing providers receive only the limited extracted text snippets or structured technical and purchasing data needed for their task. Known personal data is removed or minimized before those requests. The original archive, original file binaries, upload URLs, and download links are not sent to AI or pricing providers.
The automated result is preliminary and does not produce a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
International processing
Customer Files and core Service data remain hosted in Singapore. Customer-contact, analysis, and pricing providers may process the limited data described above in locations where they operate. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards.
Retention
Original uploaded project packages are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Online analysis files and results are retained for up to 30 days. Contact details, submission summaries, file hashes, and acceptance records may be retained for customer follow-up, security, compliance, dispute handling, and ordinary business records, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to your local supervisory authority. Some records may be retained where required for legal claims, compliance, or security.
